Running e-hailing cars, rentals, a courier or security fleet? We come to your depot, scan every car in one visit and send a report for each one, so you can see what every car’s computers have stored.

R750 for 3 to 5 cars at one address, then R150 for each extra car. Paid on the day by PayShap, SnapScan or card.

Examples
| Cars | One-off visit | Monthly plan |
|---|---|---|
| 3 cars | R750 | R600 a month |
| 5 cars | R750 | R600 a month |
| 10 cars | R1,500 | R1,200 a month |
The travel fee of R10 a km beyond 10 km is charged once per visit, not per car. We confirm the total on WhatsApp before you book.
What you get
A report for every car
Stored and pending fault codes from the engine, gearbox, ABS and airbag systems where the car supports them, readiness monitors and freeze-frame data, with every code in plain language.
A one-page fleet summary
Every car on one page: registration, mileage on the dash, codes found and which systems could not be read. Easy to compare month to month.
One visit for all the cars
We come to your depot or meeting point. Each car takes about half an hour, and the cars stay where they are.
How a fleet visit works
-
Tell us the fleet
Send the number of cars, makes and years, and the address on WhatsApp.
-
We agree a day
We confirm the price and time. The cars need to be at one address, with keys available, when we arrive.
-
We scan every car
With the owner’s permission, one car after another. Reports and the fleet summary follow the same day.
Drivers, this works for you too
E-hailing drivers can book together. Get 3 to 5 drivers to meet at one place and share the R750 visit: with 5 cars, that is R150 each instead of the single-car price. Each driver gets the report for their own car.
Each driver pays their share by PayShap before the visit. If fewer drivers come, the R750 is split among those who come, so 3 drivers pay R250 each. Renting your car? We need the owner’s permission, as a WhatsApp message from the owner, before we scan it.
What a scan is not
A scan is not a mechanical inspection. We do not assess the body, paint, rust, tyres, brakes or suspension, and we do not road-test the cars.
A fault code points to a system, not to a confirmed failed part, and a car can have problems that never log a code. What the scanner can read depends on the car.
We only read. We never clear codes or change settings on a car.
We do not do repairs and we take no commission from any workshop, so the report is only about what the cars’ computers say.
Fleet visits from November 2026. Message us with the number of cars.
