Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We carry a mix of locally-stocked items (dispatched fast) and specialist parts sourced from international supply partners, so delivery time depends on the item — the estimate is shown on each product page and at checkout.

Processing time. In-stock (local) items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Imported / special-order items are dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Delivery within South Africa. In-stock items: 2–5 business days (R75 flat, free over R750). Imported / special-order items: 10–25 business days, as these ship from international partners. Orders containing both item types may be delivered separately at no extra charge.

International shipping. Available to selected countries; rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within the processing window above, contact us at support@mzansimotive.com.

Delays. Estimated times are not guaranteed. Customs, courier backlogs and events outside our control can occasionally add time. We will keep you updated and help resolve any issue.
