Products and Fitment
Do your products fit my specific car?
Most of our products are designed for plug-and-play fitment on VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Skoda vehicles โ the cars South African enthusiasts actually drive. Every product page lists compatible vehicles in detail. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm fitment on your specific model and year.
I drive a Polo 6 / Golf 7 / Audi A3 โ will these fit?
We've specifically selected products that are commonly compatible with the Polo 6 and 7, Golf 6 and 7 (including GTI), Audi A3 and A4, BMW 1 and 3 Series, and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Check the individual product page for your specific vehicle โ or message us if you need confirmation.
Will the LED Puddle Lights work on my specific door mirror?
The puddle lights fit into the standard module slot in most door mirrors that use a bayonet or push-fit fitting. This covers the majority of VW, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz models from 2010 onwards. If your mirror has a sealed unit or integrated LED housing, they may not be compatible โ contact us with your vehicle details and we'll advise.
Do the products require professional installation?
No. Every product we sell is designed to be installed by the owner. If you can use a screwdriver and follow a guide, you can install our products. Detailed installation instructions are included with every order and are also available on each product page.
Can I install these products without voiding my vehicle warranty?
Our products are removable and non-invasive โ they use plug-and-play connections and adhesive mounting. In most cases they will not affect your vehicle warranty. However, we always recommend checking with your dealership if you have a vehicle still under warranty, particularly for electrical components.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), EFT, and various South African payment methods at checkout. All transactions are secured through our checkout provider.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order is with the courier, we're unable to cancel it but you can return it once received.
Do you offer bulk or fleet discounts?
Yes โ contact us directly if you're ordering for a club, group buy, or fleet. We can discuss pricing based on volume.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3โ5 business days from dispatch. Express delivery options are available at checkout for faster turnaround. We dispatch orders within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation.
Do you ship to all areas in South Africa?
Yes โ we ship nationwide, from Cape Town to Limpopo, Johannesburg to Durban. Whether you're in the city or a more remote area, we use reliable couriers that reach most addresses across South Africa.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this stage. We're focused on serving South African customers well first. International shipping may be available in future โ watch our social media pages for updates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier partner's website. If you haven't received a tracking notification within 2 business days of ordering, contact us.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund โ no runaround.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If a product doesn't fit your vehicle as described, or arrives faulty, we'll cover the return shipping and sort you out immediately.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@mzansimotive.co.za or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process โ it's not complicated.
What if the product doesn't work as advertised?
That's on us. Contact us with details and photos/video of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. We stand behind everything we sell.

Are you a South African company?
Yes โ 100%. Mzansi Motive is a South African brand, built for South African car culture. We're not a dropshipping front or an overseas store with a local domain. We care about this community because we're part of it.
