Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item, and we would rather be straight with you about it than surprise you later.
- In-stock (local) items: dispatched within 3–5 business days, then 3–5 business days for delivery.
- Imported / special-order items: dispatched within 10–25 business days, because they are sourced from our international supply partners. Delivery follows after that.
The estimate for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout. If your order contains both types, they may arrive separately at no extra charge. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Why are some items so much slower?
Some specialist parts are not held in South Africa. Rather than pretend everything ships in a few days, we show the real timeline up front so you can decide whether the wait is worth it. If you need something quickly, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is a local item.
What does shipping cost?
Flat rate R75 within South Africa, and free on orders over R750. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — to all major centres and outlying areas across South Africa, with tracking on every order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Will this part fit my car?
Every product page has a Fitment section listing supported models. If you are unsure, send us your make, model and year and we will confirm before you buy — +27 69 696 1070 or the contact page.
What is your returns policy?
30-day returns on unused items, and full cover on faulty or incorrect goods. Services have their own cancellation terms. See our Refund, Returns & Cancellations Policy.
Are your parts genuine?
We stock quality aftermarket styling and performance accessories. Each product page describes exactly what you are getting. Branded emblems and trims are compatible replacements, not manufacturer-supplied, unless stated otherwise.
Diagnostics & inspections
What is a mobile diagnostic scan?
We come to you anywhere in Johannesburg or Pretoria, read your car's fault memory across every system it has, and give you a written report in plain language explaining what it means and how urgent it is. R450 as a launch rate. Full detail on our Diagnostics page.
Can you tell me what is broken from a photo or a code?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. A fault code narrows the problem down to a system, not a part. Anyone quoting you for a specific component off a code alone is guessing with your money. What we do is tell you which system is at fault so the work you approve next is work you actually need.
Do you do pre-purchase inspections?
Yes. We meet you at the car before you buy it, scan it, inspect it and road test it, then give you a written report you can use to walk away or to negotiate. R850 as a launch rate.
Are you open for bookings yet?
Not quite — we are still setting up the booking and payment side properly. But if you have a warning light on right now, message us anyway and we will tell you what it means, free. That part does not need us to be open.
How do I get in touch?
Phone or WhatsApp +27 69 696 1070, or use our contact page. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
