Refund & Returns Policy

We want you happy with your purchase. This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and sits alongside your rights under that Act.

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email lucky.mahada@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 1 business day with return authorisation and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect. We’ll make it right β€” a replacement or full refund including return shipping β€” in line with the CPA.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been installed, fitted or used (unless faulty), opened sealed electrical goods (unless faulty), and clearly marked final-sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may add a few days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
