These terms govern your use of mzansimotive.com and any purchase you make from Mzansi Motive. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & fitment

We describe products and their vehicle compatibility as accurately as possible. Fitment guides are provided to help, but it remains your responsibility to confirm a part suits your specific vehicle before installation. Colours may vary slightly from images due to screen settings.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are covered in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Installation & use

Many products are intended to be fitted by a competent person or professional installer. We are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from incorrect installation or misuse of a product.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, logos, and imagery — belongs to Mzansi Motive or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Vehicle brand names are referenced for fitment/compatibility purposes only; Mzansi Motive is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
