Dispatch & delivery times

• Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order.
• Domestic delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery: 7–21 business days, calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs

• Flat-rate standard shipping: R75.
• Free shipping on all orders over R750.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected by the courier.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to physical street addresses across South Africa. Please double-check your address at checkout — an accurate address means a smooth, on-time delivery.
